NeurodeskEDU details

NeurodeskEDU is our educational platform providing learning resources for neuroimaging analysis. It offers two complementary formats: tutorials (step-by-step guides with screenshots for GUI-based workflows) and examples (interactive Jupyter notebooks with executable code for scripting-focused learners). Resources span diffusion imaging, electrophysiology, functional imaging, structural imaging, and more.

We welcome community contributions of both formats:

• Submit a tutorial: write a step-by-step guide for a tool or workflow available in Neurodesk
• Submit an example notebook: share a self-contained, reproducible Jupyter notebook
• Browse existing resources for inspiration
• Visit the NeurodeskEDU GitHub repo to see what’s there and open a pull request
